Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase from GLP-1 Living, a trading name of Ilsetanis.nl (a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce / KVK 86385496). We sell worldwide, and these terms apply to every customer wherever you are located, including in the United States. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Every GLP-1 Living product is a digital product delivered electronically — such as printable trackers, journals, planners, meal plans and cookbooks (PDF), and Canva templates delivered as a PDF containing a personal Canva template link. Nothing is shipped physically. Our Canva templates are built for the free version of Canva; you do not need Canva Pro.

Our products are informational and organisational tools only. They are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, contain no medical claims, and do not guarantee any weight-loss or health result. GLP-1 Living is not a healthcare provider and does not sell medication. Always consult a licensed doctor or healthcare provider about GLP-1 medication. Full details are in our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Ilsetanis.nl / GLP-1 Living is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any manufacturer of Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, semaglutide or tirzepatide products. These brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively only.

Your download is delivered by email the moment your payment completes, and the link on your order page stays available afterwards. If your email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us and we will resend it.

Prices are shown on each product page. Any applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment is complete.

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal and business purposes. You may:

• Edit and personalise the file — colours, text, photos, logo and layout (where the format allows).
• Use the finished designs to promote your own products and services.

You may not:

• Resell, share, sublicense or give away the file itself, edited or not.
• Distribute it as your own product or as part of a template set, bundle or course.
• Claim the original design as your own creation.

The products and all design elements within them remain the intellectual property of GLP-1 Living. The licence above does not transfer ownership. GLP-1 Living is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for the full details, including what happens if something is wrong with your file.

Our products are provided “as is”. We do our best to describe every product accurately, but we cannot guarantee a specific health, weight-loss or commercial result from using them. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

These terms and every purchase are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, regardless of where you live or from where you place your order, and any disputes will be handled by the competent Dutch courts. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply to you in your country of residence where those cannot be excluded by contract.
